Luma Al Saleh

Partner & Chief Transformation Officer

Luma Al Saleh invests a piece of her heart and soul in everything she does; generous and thoughtful beyond compare. Her multi-faceted career boasts more than 16 years of experience in devising strategic public relations, communications, reputation management and community outreach programs. 

 Unapologetically bold with an adventurous spirit, she is not afraid to push boundaries and has introduced a number of innovations that have transformed the mindsets, organizational cultures and behaviors of some of Oman’s largest private and public companies in aviation, tourism and hospitality, finance, technology and energy. With a penchant to go over and above the call of duty, she has also served as an advisor to Ministers and C-suite executives on various communications opportunities while resolving sensitive issues and has played a key role in leading, inspiring and mentoring aspiring communications practitioners. 

 With a zest for life and curiosity for the world around her, diversity, equality, inclusion, woman empowerment and social responsibility form the foundation of her practice. Throughout her career, she has held a number of high-level leadership positions including Program Specialist at UNICEF Oman, Director of International Relations at the Ministry of Social Development Oman and Government Health Officer Seconded to UNICEF Oman.  

 Luma holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard Kennedy School (HKS) in Boston, USA. She also serves as a board member on the Harvard Arab Alumni Association and the Harvard Kennedy School Alumni Association. 


Rajwa Al Ojaili

Partner & Chief Impact Officer

Rajwa Al Ojali is the embodiment of a modern-day woman, balancing all aspects of life by valuing her independence yet never compromising her family values. Over the span of 14 years, she has acquired extensive experience in designing and implementing multi-media and multi-channel communications programs as well as event management, while building a family of her own. 

Rajwa’s deep understanding of and appreciation for local cultural sensibilities has garnered her a strong command of impactful communications best practices in an ever-evolving industry, having worked with some of the world’s most reputable companies across a number of industries including automotive, luxury, telecom, hospitality and energy. With a burning passion for the Arabic language, she strives to set the benchmark for the application of the written word in all forms of media. 

Her career has also seen her lead and nurture budding communications talent in addition to exploring various business development opportunities and generating new revenue streams. Always with exemplary empathy and humility, she doesn’t shy away from rolling up her sleeves and getting her hands dirty. 

Home-grown, Rajwa has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the Modern College of Business & Science in Muscat, Oman. She is the recipient of Apex Media’s Oman Woman of the Year Awards 2020 for Communications.
